| 6,000 gallon Fish Only tank in my office lobby. Hello all,
I thought I would share these photos of the 6000 gallon aquarium in my office lobby.. I work at Quest Software in Aliso Viejo, CA.. Check out how thick the glass is.. I bet it is at least 6". Someday I will get a close up look at the filtration.. I know it takes up a complete room behind the tank.. It is maintained by the Fish King and occasionally they put a diver in it to clean the tank.. someday I will get a pic of that..
Check out the clear access hatch on the second floor.. you have to walk across it to get to one of the confrence rooms.. People always skate the wall cuz they are scared to walk over the glass hatch.. LOL...
This last pic is from a "fish cam" mounted in the lobby.. we can get on the intranet and watch the fish from our computers.. LOL.. You get a good idea of the size with the ppl standing in front of it..
Hope you enjoy..

Now that is one tank that could take a few Tunze Streams.
That glass must way a ton... plus nearly 50,000 pounds of water. Holy moly. |
