| Putting something that you dont know about from the ocean into the tank this includes crabs, snails oh heck anything directly from the ocean that you are not positive about! |

| Here's one from a beginner.
Buying a long tentacle anemone for a 20g tank and then realizing they get friggin huge! Not much room left for corals in the future. Bummer.

16. Using supplements without testing. (BluePhish)
17. Using lid on tank. (fishpoop)
