Default Anyone know anything about fiddler crabs?

i got one and have been researching about these little guys and it seams they need "brackish" water, so does anyone know anything about this?

I have one (not brackish) and I've only seen it once since it has been introduced and that was when we took the rocks out of the tank.

I had some in freshwater tank for a VERY brief period of time. The li'l bastards kept trying to climb up the filter and out of the tank...

I believe that they need a diverse biotope. By this meaning they need sand, an area of dry land/area and a water area. They don't remain in water for their entire life I don't believe!
