This time I didn't use scissors. I did the smash and grab method. Pretty much got rid of 98% of my pulsing xenia. I saved a couple of very small pieces throughout the tank that will be pruned/watched closely. What's the smash and grab technique? Grab the xenia with thumb and pointer firmly. Tear colony from rock it's attached to. It leaves 0 trace of the xenia left to start re-growing. Unfortunately a ton of what was pulled out today is on the way to the landfill........

As a heads up, kenya tree eradication doesn't work as easy. Even if you tear the kenya from the rock, it will still re-grow.

That is how I used to share the stuff. Finally got smart and put the rock it was on it bleach. Just like have dandelion in the yard....kill them all.
