As many of you know, we used to use DHL for shipping, and experienced a huge amount of problems with them. Many people had orders delayed or worse, and we need to hear from everyone that had any issues. Please, please take a moment to email us at miguel at fragglereef dot com regarding the particulars of what happened so that we may add it to our records, this information will remain confidential and is extremely important for us to receive.
