Default sun polyps

My sun polyps are not doin so hot. I see pics of other specimines kept in captivity and they are vibrant orange with yellow polyps. Mine are brown with yelloy polyps. I feed them phytoplankten and microvert. I just installed a sump filtration with a built in fuge. My water quality is good. ANY ADVICE?

We don't sell sun polyps because they're not likely to do well in captivity so I'm kind of confused on this posting, but if you're purchasing them from other shops keep in mind that they need meaty foods such as mysid. There are no corals that benefit from phytoplankton, as is explained here

LFS Article

You might also want to read the pellet food article on that site, it explains a great feeding method for corals that like meaty foods
