Default what more do i need?

since i'm new to the hobbie, i was wondering if anyone can suggest anything else i should add to my reef setup?
i have a 210gal glass aquarium, with a 40 gallon refugium. i have an e.t.s.s skimmer,phosband reactor 150,and a uv light.
i have had my tank up for about 3 months, but the refugium was added about a month ago.
also, i was wondering how much time i should allow the tank to get settled, before i add a lot of fish, and corals? presently i've got
2 neon gobies
3 cleaner shrimp
3 peppermint shrimp
7 green crabs
1 fairey wrasse
1 pecular clown
1 cleaner wrasse
1 clown tang
3 chromies
2 pj cardinals
1 orbiculate cardinal
various herimits and snails
70lbs live rock
live sand
1 bubble anemone
waving hands
i know i need more rock, and will be adding as $ allows. i was mostly concerned about any more equiptment i should add, to make tank run more efficiently

Cure very very well elsewhere before adding to tank.

Good Luck!

Just Got 90lbs More Live Rock. Left It At Lfs, To Cure. Picking It Up In About 3 Weeks.
Think 'ill Have Any Problem Adding It To My Tank, Like Killing The Fish, Etc? I Don't Plan On Adding It All At Once. Maybe 30lbs A Week.

i don't know about adding thirty pounds at a time, ive always read (in setup guides) to never add more than 10 pounds at a time. But I don't really know of the adverse affects (or if there are any) to adding more than that (at any one time). Just maybe something you should research further if it could be potentially harmful.

yeah, your right. i was told if rock is fully cured, you can add it all at one time. if not, it's better to add about 10lbs. or so at a time.thats considering the size of my tank(210gal).
