Default starting a frag tank?????

HEy im looking to start a frag tank i have a 35 gallon with some Tongan rock in it, 4 clowns, lawnmower blennie, gramma, and 2 yellow clown gobbies, and a toadstool

the toadstool i wanna move to my 75 b/c its not doing good in the 35.........lighting is weak in that tanks considering.........its a tank with the stuff that i saved from my old 55. and iwt was just something to keep the fish alive untill i got a new tank my old 55 cracked and started leaking a rediculous amount so we got a smaller tank to save what we could ....but u know getting a tank up and ready in a day or 2 is har

Anway my tank broke and i had to remove everything and put it inother tank ASAP so i bought all tis stuff to save and NOW i have a 35 with some fish and a toadstool........anway i was wondering if i could do frags in there the tanks paremeters are great!!! its been up and running for a year and its a great tank. but my lighting is just a coralife 65 watt light ....like one bulb

most frag tanks i see have plastic shelfing in them and the frags sit on there and theres no rock o anything so.............any suggestion or anything let me know GIVE ME YOUR SUGGESTION!!!!!!!!!!

oh .........and the toadstool has like growns attached to liek 3 different rocks i was wondering if i could just trim him off and move him to my 75 ????????

PS. sorrys its a long and maybe confusing thread its just alota info i though i'd add and some how it sent half of it its self!?!?!?!!?!
