Default Good deal??

Ok assuming the wife bites on this.

A local guy had a 75g, decided it was to small and got a 210g and now has said it's to much work (god i love people with to much cash)

Anyway this deal is 210g tank, stand, canopy, refugium, sump and skimmer with a light array that is 14x39w T5 couple hundred pounds of LR and a 2" sandbed across the whole thing with some korila Ph's and a mag24 return pump

Also has some livestock in it, cleanup crew of about 100 snails and crabs with a couple starfish, blue tang, yellow tang, some other random unnamed fish think one is a jawfish and some basic corals, 2 bta's 2 frogspawn some small shrooms and some pulsing xenia

dude wants 3k for the rig, thinkin about tryin to offer 2500 for it just lookin for opinions

If i get it my plans are to sell the livestock to the LFS if they are in decent health and possibly move some of the corals to my nano if their in decent shape.
Nuke the LR and cleanup the sand, basically clean everything and kill it all then start it back up clean and from scratch

_________

24G JBJ Nano, 20# Live Sand, 40# Live Rock
Rose BTA, Kenya Tree, Frogspawn, Xenia, Shrooms, Green Candy Cane, Duncans

Blue/Green Chromis, 2x Black & White Percs, Dragon Goby, Six Line Wrasse, Mandarin Dragonette

58G Oceanic, 60# LS, 60 LR, Lots of goodies
Up and coming 90g stay tuned

Aquatinic Constellation/14x39w T5-HO lights
Megaflow Lifereef skimmer sump
Lifereef Dual overflow box with dual silencers

Thats all I got from him on names
Was thinking I may part the lights out as well & go with a VHO or MH/VHO combo setup, dont know the depth on a 210 I think it's 30" but not 100% sure
