Holy crap. Your tank is 9 months old and not a single bit of coralline will grow. You surely have your magnesium, calcium and dKH levels too low and/or out of balance. Get yourself some test kits for those parameters, as well as phosphate. That's all the helpful advice I'll offer at this time. Good luck kiddo.
