yeh when I had fresh water for years I use to run bubble wands and such just for that reason.

It's fixed! Thanks for the info! I will be buying an air pump for the 150 on thursday!
Do i need to get one for a 150gal or can i get one for let's say a 75 gal?

I would think any addition would be good, one for the tank size is best i would think, you can never have to much gas exchange

i have 5 fishies and each of them get one cube. they eat them within 30 secs so i dont think i am overfeeding. the cubes are like 1.5 oz mini cubes.

That is extreme overfeeding.

Fish will eat the food they like all day if you give it to them. I use a single cube for my entire colony of frontosas(10)
