my cow fish has white spots on him?

Can salt water fish get ich? Im new to salt water but thats what it looks like to me. Any ideas on how to treat this the rest of my fish are fine.

I'm pretty new. But I know they can get ich. Let the experienced people on this site tell you how to deal with the ich problem...

yea they get ick i think with water changes and maybe isolating the fish in another tank.thats wht i did then bought this treatment thing at the lfs to treat it.some pills.
