Using Jebao pumps right now and the hum is getting annoying in my living room.

Need to find two pumps not larger than 4.0" x 2.5" x 6.0" and with 400ph or more of flow.

I also need it to be much quieter.

Eheim Compact+ 2000. I am running one in my sump and can't hear it. And it's an eheim so it will last for a long time. If that is too big, you can step down to the 1500 or 1000 (forget what its called)

+1 to the compact+ i had the same issue with a pump as my DT is in my living room. it was humming loudly and creating a bunch of gurgle and fill and flush sound. The compact+ lets you dial back that flow rate to prevent any flushing sound, and it runs super quiet.

The only way you'll get noise out of it is if it's up against the wall of the sump.

I've really been liking the Sicce Syncra Silent line of pumps...super quiet and pretty energy efficient. I've replaced a few noisy AIO pumps with these and love them.

I'll also give a nod to the Eheim Compact + 2000. Exceptionally quiet and its flow is adjustable right on the body of the pump.

Another option would be the Rio 1400+ I use it on the return for my tank, it's around 400gph and very inexpensive and quiet

Also I forgot to mention that I really only suggested pumps from two different Italian pump manufacturers.

Eden makes the Eheim and the Maxijet
Sicce makes the Sicce and the Tunze
