    What heater should I buy? I'm looking to spend 100 to 125

    I have a 90g tank, with 30g sump and 30g fuge...

    Buy 2 300 watt heaters, run them at the same time. If one goes then you won't drop too low or go to high on temp. Put them in the return section of the sump on opposite sides.

    I would look into titanium heaters. Some come with a temp probe and controller that is way more accurate than the standard heaters.

    i just put a marineland stealth in my new 90 gallon / 30 gallon sump. it hasnet turned on yet:). for some reason my tank is running hot.

    i have read that a external contoller is the way to go. that way if it gets stuck on then the controller can cut the power.

    i like the color led on the top of the stealth

    Finnex is a good brand. Have never personally used that controller though.

    +1 on Finnex being a good brand. Prob definitely would go with two like 2in10 mentioned.
