Default What do I need?

I'm trying to piece together a kit to include an 8W Lifegard UV unit, and then later add some filtration to replace/supplement what I already have. Anyway, I'd like to have an inlet (or two I haven't decided yet), and two returns. I'll also need a pump, tubing, an SWCD, etc. The problem I'm having is when I look online at the Lifegard Customflow Water System, I can't tell if I just need the compete system, the starter kit, or both. Any ideas?

If I under stand your question correctly ? Just take some one inch or 1.5 inch pipe and some Tee's of the size you choose to go with x 1/2 or 3/4 inch and add some valves and threaded bushing and make what you need the way you need it ? Then you can use MIP x Barbed adapter fittings and feed them all from a good pump.

Hmm, there's an idea. I actually ordered a different UV unit that will run off my powerhead for the time being. Later on I'll do the multiple returns. Do I need to use special glue for the PVC or will the hardware store stuff work?
