Default Waterflow

Just Submerged my 2nd power head into my 55 its from sunsun, looks just like the hydor koralia 2 i got in there, the koralia runs at 2300lph & the sunsun 3000lph, is this to much for a 55 or would this be fine, also they are very noisy when you first put them in for about a day why is this?

ok 5300 litre= 1400 us gallons or 1165 uk gallons a hour

Sounds good to me, the more the better

Not too sure why it is a bit noisy but if it's quiet now I wouldn't worry about it.
