Default UV Filters
What do you guys think about UV Filters? Should they be used in a reef tank? I was told you shouldnt use one.

I think a UV filter isnt necessary. The ocean doesnt have a uv filter for the sunlight beaming down..so i would imagine ur reef tank wouldnt either unless ur lights were burning the pigments in ur corals from having too much light.
