Default Recommendations for Sump Return Pump?

I'm thinking about setting up a 10-20g sump for my 30g display tank. Which ones besides Gen-X and Iwaki, and other high pumps do you guys use and or reccomend? I really dont wanna spend more than $80.00.

Im not sure about gph at this point, but im thinking 400-700 gph is what ill need depending on how i plump it all and what the head height is and what not. Id like it to be an inline as to not add as much further heat to the water.

Ive looked at these 2 and a couple others as well
Eheim
Eheim Universal “Hobby” Submersible Water Pump

Pentair/Rainbow Lifeguard quite one
Rainbow Lifegard Quiet One Aquarium Water Pump
(i own a quiet one and its not bad but not as quiet as i hoped)

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
Danke
