Default powerhead too big?

i have recently started my 10 gal nano and i used a mj 600, my tomato clown stays in the bottom corner of the tank away from the ph and when he comes out to eat it seems like the flow just blows him away and he never swims around the tank. he is new to the tank so he may not be adjusted but i would like some input so he will be happy in his new home. thanks in advance
