MAG 7 intake filter...

This might be one of those questions that I'll ask, get an answer and then slap myself on the forehead...but here it goes...
Do you folks use the intake filter sponge on your return pumps? My sump has been running for a week or so now and I've been real pleased. But I'm wondering if any of the li'l critters I hope are starting to grow in my ghetto fuge have any chance of making it up into my display tank if the return pump has that sponge on the intake. The return line T's off to the fuge which slowly flows back into the sump.

i say that if your running a fuge, no. but the critters are going to be small enough to get through will.

if not with a fuge then deff.
