| We run one of the Koralia 3s in our 180. It's a great pump and they fly off the shelves at the LFS around here. |

| Cool. I was looking at their 400gph powerheads. Do you think that two of those plus my one working Rio H8 powerhead would be ok for the 55g? I was also looking into one of those newfangled wave-makers to go with it. So I would have my Rio split in one corner and then the two new kids in the other aiming in different direction (maybe alternating). |

| That's a heck of a lot of flow, maybe even too much. For your 55, I would suggest you get 2 of the Koralia 2s and place them on opposite sides of the tank |

| I have one #3 Koralia on one side pointed kinda middle and towards the front of the tank and the other side I have the Tunzi that I won. I have to admit, the Koralia puts out a lot more flow than the Tunzi! <~~~isn't that adorable!) _________ Got Questions? Need Answers? R.I.P. Big Blue 12/02-10/22//07

However you can't use it with wave maker! It will brake after few minutes of operation! Please check reviews section and maybe PM people who tried to run them with wave makers. Hydor Koralia 2 review. |
