Default Finally finished my plumbing--what do think?

Hi guys,

Well, I FINALLY got my plumbing done; here's some photos so you can see. Any suggestions are warmly welcomed; me being new and all. Just one question: should I add some PVC tubing with an elbow fitting to the skimmer outlet so there won't be a loud splashing sound?
