Default Carbon...What type of flow do you use?

I was wondering what type of flow most of you use across your carbon if you run it in your tank? Do you run all your return water across it or run in a reactor with only a few 100 gph?

You might already know this but we've got ours hung in a specimen container that has holes drilled in the bottom of it. We hang it under the skimmer output.

When using a reactor with any media .. You want to push just enough water volume through the media to make it look like its in a soft floating montion . Not enough to make it bounce up and fly away and fall . Just a steady floating wavy action..
