The reason for the recall was shocks.
I personally consider their customer service excellent thus far (even though I don't own one yet).
They are going on the Johnson and Johnson Tylenol Scare method. I.e. We don't care how much it costs, we're recalling every single #2 or 3 until this is fixed. It cost J&J a fortune and I can guarantee you that this is costing them a fortune. However, J&J still exists because of their proactive actions and a side result was actually MORE faith in the company instead of less.
