Hello all, is been 5 years since we're launched our Advance Series Sump

(1 side for skimmer/1 side fuge).

We feel it's time to launch the 2nd Generation. Before we finalize the design, we want to ask you all what would your ideal dream sump be. Let us know and we promise we will listen.

Currently here's what we got so far.

    1. Fuge (refugium)
    2. Skimmer compartment
    3. Coral propagation compartment (for frags)
    4. Return

How about a simple design? A three compartment sump/fuge. A skimmer section on the left, a fuge section on the right and the return in the middle. Have the return section big enough for phos and carbon reactors.

Are you going to stick with a tray filter/bio filter? A sock holder would be nice for those that run them. I notice you put your compartments sided by side. How do you regulate flow through the compartments?

these pictures are the old design. the flow rate will be 80/20 with 20 to the fudge side. the sock holder is a great suggestion as we still haven't decide on that yet.

I love the idea of a built in frag rack. I'm just not sure how big a market you would have for it.
