I haven't read the article but at least it's a bit comforting because the last big news story about the oceans was that by 2040 the oceans will be completely void of life.

So the way I see it, we just bought ten more years!

Humans aren't just the cause of the increase in carbon dioxide in the ocean.. Under water volcanoes also have a huge part in rising carbon dioxide. As I see the world, I think we will die from a war before we start killing everything in the oceans. The baby boomers are the one who are polluting the world for the next generation;generation y.
Kind of a weired way I see it, but... lol

China and India are the ones that need to be put in check. They are the reason oil and steel prices have sky rocketed. Its estimated every 2yrs, china has another 4million drivers.

Humans produce like 3% total co2 gases(including factories), the majority comes from volcano's as mentioned previously.
