Exclamation what is on my trigger ?????

hi there i have two trigger's and the one has some kind of flake's all over him i was talking to the FS and thay had no clue what it is if any one know's what it is and how to fix it thank's

60gal salt water tank. live rock yea i got that.(not sure how much) live sand im guessing about 70lbs natulas proteenskimer uv filter sumptank w/ bio bio balls eheim canster filter 2 heaters 1/10 chiller firefish 2 scissortail dartfish a yellow and a blue tang watchtower goby coral beuty red wrasse tomato clown bicolor blenny and some coral

but the FS is giveing me my money back when i frist got them they had it on them so not a big lost

that's what i said but the Fs frist said it was from stress but when i got them home it got bad there where even rubbing off the Live rock

I'd never deal with the store agin unless I needed it really bad and they where the only place in town Find you a honest shop or maybe one who has a clue about what they are saying and selling.

i now it never end's at this FS they told me to put some kind of drop's in and now all my hermit crab died??? what's up with that so i talk to this FS and there giveing me a 200 $$ gift card i'll use it there and then look for a nother FS

Must have been a copper or Formalin drop of some type was there a disease or health issue when the drops where used ? Like Ich or pest of some type ?

they told me to use the drop's and the flake's on the trigger would go a way but all they did is kill every thing lol
