Ich-Attack questions Hi all, I am using Kordon's Ick Attack. I just started today with treatment, i've never used anything in my main tank before but I read some threads that people have. I've read that everyone that had used it was received a christmas present of algea blooms. What steps should I follow after treatment to help reduce this bloom. I took out my carbon but I am leaving the skimmer on. Just looking for help in advance. Thanks, Jeff

I have about 25 different corals in this tank, what would be a minimum time frame to leave on per day?

Might be a software glitch because no mods deleted your message? Maybe Matt or Jason will chime in

| | 3reef Moderator | I've never heard of Kordon's Ick Attack before but after googleing it I'd suspect what you are adding to your tank is high in Nitrates and Phosphates. If it rids your fish of harmful Ick a small algae bloom may be worth it.

So far so good, corals are all looking really good. Fish eat and swim happy, no scraping that I have seen at all since using it. As for algea, nothing to complain about. Also to help me from adding anything new, I added another powersweeping powerhead.
