Default Cowfish Turning White
My cowfish is turning white on top.

A little bit of the skin was coming off a few days ago and after a freshwater dip it got better but now the top and rear tail are turning white?

Does anyone know what is going on and how i can fix it?

Default Better move him to a QT tank
HI,
I believe COW fish are extremly toxic if they Die so better move him to a QT tank if he Passes he may kill even more animals, with his toxins, similar to some puffer fish.

So what happened to the cow fish.

In the wild they will release a toxin and then swim away as their attacker gets poisoned.
In an aquarium they cant get away and they poison everyone else as well.
I still want a box fish though so wondering how yours made out.
