| I love yellow polyps, they look beautiful in any flow.
I got a frag of about 7 from my friend, and within 2 weeks they were up to 12.
Then on a dark and stormy night, i woke up and found the frag rock popped out of its crevice, and nearly stripped of polyps!! As i search the tank for newly fattened members, i realize whodunit.
The same culprit who has been cutting little pieces of my mushrooms off, trying to wear them like a hat, The Decorator Crab!
He now has about 7 left attached on his legs and head, and the stumps on the frag rock are growing back into new polyps. I made sure to secure the little buggers better this time
they love strontium and iodide additives, and planktonic size foods. |
