 | I love mine, which I keep under very tight control...I can sit and watch those pulsing "mouths" for hours...I think they are both beautiful and wonderful.

| It can disappear just as fast as it came if not careful, unfortunately! Many pet shops will offer you a trade or cash for your Xenia/Anthelia, as it doesn't ship too well and many pet shops don't have it, plus a pretty good demand for it! _________ 125gal.w/Mag9.5 return(dual megaflow)>Mag7 pump Aqua Cev180skimmer.Wave2k Hamilton Reefstar(2)250watthqi(mh)pend.a Yellow, Naso Tang Red Lip Blenny Percula Clown Demoiselles Niger Trigger F. AS I said I Just can't get rid of it. I cut it off and it grows back in no time. I am attempting to keep it under control but it is like crab grass in my tank!!! I also liked to watch it pulse, It was almost peaceful watching it, But now it is just a pain in the tank. |

| mine grow tall till they fall over and split into more colonies.don't let them touch anything they can attach to and don't let them get tall enough to fall over and multiply.if you just use pliers or a pair of hemostats to rip it off at the base close to the rock.rip not cut.they will only grow back half the time.in no time at all,you will have it under control.if you cut it,it will always grow back.also they need light to survive, you can rip it out and cover the area with something or just turn over the rock.they are'nt that bad reelly.i use them to fill in space between corals till i can buy other corals.when i get a new coral i rip out some xenia to make room. |
