Default What a Fine Specimen.

Seen this lovely piece of rock with green/brown mushrooms on it, i just had to get it for the price £23.99, there are 18 mushrooms on it in total.
Their still a bit closed up at the mo just finished aclimatiseing them, will get one up whrn fully opened...

My first coral, thought i would share it with you...

Purple blue and green some nice colours there. And a very easy speciman to look after - will readily split and grown and even move off that rock onto others!

I have seen reed systems with nothing but different coloured mushrooms completely covering every rock - it did look very cool!

COOL great first coral. Like many that was my first coral too. I still have a lot of the mushrooms that came on that first rock. Actually I've been able to put some in my wifes Nano and they are doing Great.

And some Kenya Tree...you will never need to buy another coral. Every square cm of LR will be covered with either your shrooms, xenia, and KTrees...will not take long either...

Great point Omard - throw in a few clove polyps for a little extra colour too they grow just as well

Cheers for your approval guys, here's a updated pic of the shrooms now they settled in , looks to me like i have a polyp on there too...



Is it normal for the shrooms to look a bit shrivelled up first thing when i put the lights on for a hour or so, is this cause they have had no light all night...
On the left you can see my chalk goby doing what he does best turning over the substrate, very good addititon...
