Question about zoas

Unfortunately I don't have a camera besides my phone at the moment. As some of you know from my other thread I had the problem with my SLF attacking my zoas. Half of the zoa colony is open and the other half are starting to open. Some are fully closed some are half open.
Could it be stressed still from the SLF and me moving them around to get the SLF out of the tank?

yeah zoa are mad hardy, ive left mine upside down in the sand for like 2 days, then fliped back and day later open.my hermit crabs actully fliped them, i also move them alot basically they get moved every time i get a new coral. i can tell from doing this growth is def slowed, but its pretty hard to kill them. i think people dont give alot of corals enough credit for their ability to with stand some punishment. ive found out they are allot more durable than you think,(as long as water parims are good.)IMOIMOIMOIMO

Its a pretty cool piece. It has two different kinds on a rock and it is small which is good since I have a 12 gallon. Half of the colony is open.

My params that have been checked are

Nitrate 20
Nitrite 0
Ammonia 0
PH around 8.3
Phosphate in between the lowest and 2nd to lowest color.
