    So I have been shopping around for a pair of new fish and I think I have decided on a pair of firefish! Any Advice/Info? Other reccomendations of peaceful fish would be much appreciated too! Any pictures of your firefish would be great! Thanks!!::)

    What size tank do you have and what other inhabitants does it have?

    Firefish are shy and quick to hide but will come back out quickly once acclimated to the tank's rhythms.

    Royal Grammas are fine with them. Halichoeres species wrasses are also good.

    I have had a purple firefish for a while, he recently died/murded by a SOB of a neon dottyback..They are pretty peaceful and great lil fish, pretty easy to care for the most part and they will just swim in their one lil spot, mine was out ALL day.

    Here he is(RIP lil guy)

    I am with zoanthiads21, purple firefish are very peacefull, here is mine. Also i dont know how they act in group of two.

    they are big time jumpers. Make sure to have some netting or something to keep them from carpet surfing. Love these fish..
