Default New corals, Im lost..

Ok well today was interesting, I was at my LFS and looking at some little frags because I have started my first coral tank (the 5gal). Then a women came up to us and offered us some corals she had because she was going to just throw them away because "they were getting to big" I know crazy right!! So of course we took her up on her offer she gave us a huge toadstoll (see pic!!), some leathers and zeneas. We were going to take them to the LFS and just trade them in (we told she could do that but she didnt want to). by the time we got back to the store they were closed so we decided to try and make them work in our 90gal, we put lights on it and its starting to open back up but we really dont know anything about these! She just cut it off at the base and told us to glue it on so we got coral glue and tried that but it did stick to well, but we did finally get it to work by gluing it and having it kind stuck in a piece of LR, its starting to open back up, and we put some vitamin mix in the water and pytoplankton any other advice??? I dont want it to die?? Will it attach itself to the rock better? Help!!!

Thanks!!

Leathers are pretty hardy so it actually should be fine. It is a large one isn't it what a steal! Yes it should attach itself in a few weeks.

and RG is right use a rubber band or sew it to the rock.

Ok yea it is huge the top is like 10inch around and the steam part is at least 3" around!! So I should just put the rubberband on the very bottom and hook it to the rock?? Right now its ontop of the rock and I have a small piece of branch kinda holding it down, should I still put the rubberband on or should I let it sit how it is for now, it seems to be held down pretty well, and its finally starting to open up (its been closed up for like 5hours, I was thinking it was dead..)

I would rubber band it, if you don't as it opens up flow might dislodge it and it will be tumbling around the tank.
