I dont see any death of any sort on it, so put it in a well lit spot and it should recover quickly. Open brains are hardy. Maybe you didn't know but when purchasing a coral, stay away from corals that look pale and white, because most times, they are bleached.
The good thing is that I see no death, so you should be okay. Btw, I have no idea what the brown spots are, do they move? Might be parasites.
