Very nice growth. Make sure you keep an eye on it because the second pic looks like you got some RTN'ing going on. That maybe some glue you used to fix it to the rock but make sure you keep an eye on it and dip in some Lugosi's if needed.

I'm pretty sure that dead area is from being embedded in my substrate. It's epoxied to rock/plug. I got tired of my conch knocking it over and wasn't quite sure where to place it. What is RTN'ing Otty?

RTN: Rapid Tissue Necrosis, Usally bleaching appears very white and flesh sort of falls away from skeleton. Small frags can rtn over night. If it's from substrate suffication it sould not spread and will even regrow. If it is RTN you'll need to frag about a 1/4" above the dead area.
