| Confused on Foods Hey Everybody,
I was wondering what products do you use to feed your corals, clams, filter feeders, and everything in between? I ask this because I'm a little confused between Kent Marine Micro-Vert for fine filter feeders, Kent PhytoPlex Phytoplankton, and Kent ZooPlex.
Which is the best? Do I need all 3 for success?
Thanks much! |

I feed Kent micro-vert now and I'm just trying to find/figure out the difference between these feeds and was wondering if I should change to a new product that does a better job as an all around food to feed corals, clams, inverts...etc. However, to my understanding all of these feeds listed from Kent would work great as a stand-alone (just choose one and use it), correct?
Thanks Monkey! |

| Most corals feed on zooplankton, clams and a few specific corals feed on phytoplankton. I have a 125g, 75g, and 45g and all I feed is cycopeze and DT's oyster eggs2x a week, and my corals are doing great. Unless you have a clam, I would only feed zooplankton so you don't pollute your tank. |

| If you have a clam, any filer feeder, some softies and any zooplankton/infuana, feeding phytoplankton is a recommended method for keeping them healthy and alive.
