Default Chili Coral Tip

FYI

My Chili seems to like relatively low light and low current.

It however very sensitive to debris/algae build up and at times will not open up for long periods, if at all. Mine has stayed closed for months, despite moving it to different positions around tank.

When it does this, if you take it out and go over it with a soft bristled tooth brush, cleaning off any accumulated gunk...It will immediately open up.

Just discovered this...should have thought of long ago...

I found sinilar with mine.... you can pick up a small paintbrush type sponge at any painting department that is usually used for staining that works well

Cool! I don't have one of these corals but that is a fantastic tip for anyone who does and might be struggling with theirs right now.
