i am by no means telling anyone or suggesting for anyone to dose creatine monohydrate. the chemical structure in a reef tank has never been discussed as far as i know by reef scientists. but the results on the tank show no ill side effect. the current tank is six months new and have been dosing this since inception. another method thats used is grinding up amino acids mixed with tank water.

the pics are a six months apart and the coral has been fragged.

i dont want someone that just entered this hobby to play with their tank and wipe it out. its like the little skull and cross bones on a pack of cigarettes, but people still smoke. this way no one can come back at me and say you told me to do this and look what happened. play at your own risk.
