| Re: UH-OH blue acro bleached You can get some plastic sreen used for landscaping at orchard's supply. I got a roll of 1/2 square hole that was 3' by 25' for like $10. Easy to work with, and it's black!

| Re: UH-OH blue acro bleached i took my angel out but i bought a brain coral and i think it's dying. the water is perfect and lighting. I think it might be my blue tang, are those known for huring inverts. I didn't think so. I'm getting really sick of all my stuff dying. I have wasted like $300 on corals that died. I might just give up on corals. I don't want too because i have a lot of money invested in it but i can't afford to keeping buying. It's a beautiful brain coral too. It's about 10" long. Some of it's green is coming off. My brain coral is now about 45% brown instead of green. I dipped it in iodine when i put it in my tank. |

| Re: UH-OH blue acro bleached Blue tangs may pick at algae that's growing on a coral but they rarely if ever eat corals. Is it possible that you placed the brain coral too high up in the tank and that it's getting fried by your lights? |

| Re: UH-OH blue acro bleached yes i floated it in its container for about 10 mins. and i soaked it in iodine for 30 mins. and i put it back in. I put it on bottom and it was fine for about 2 days but after it started to lose its tissue and became very fuzzy and it was turnin brown. It is now all fuzzy and brown. Its dyin!!! All my corals died. Ive lost like $300 on corals. |
