Ok, I just want a good shot at keeping it... For my checkbook and the clams sake..... If you know what I mean....LOL!!!

And I might add, one the the ones that is slow growing and stays relatively small like a crocea (Tridacna crocea).
Good luck with whatever you choose.
Got me thinking about small one for my nano. But have nowhere near enough light.

Just to clarify what has been posted about nitrates, clams will not keep your nitrates level down. They do consume them a little bit but not enough to solve a high nitrate problem | |

Well this "thread" is a prime reason i beleave in larger tanks guys and Lady's ,
Ive seen this a million times People whom have these smaller nano's / smaller tanks
ALWAYS want more diversity / higher demanding light,calcium, ROOM TO GROW.
