| new clam... So we made a trip to the not so LFS yesterday (about 40 miles away, but it happens to be Bills favorite, so we still go)
Anywho... they had a small (2.5 to 3 inches??) T.Crocea clam that someone had ordered and canceled, so they had it marked for $20 ... nice score! I think anyway. I couldnt help myself... he was just too adorable.
pretty nice little guy
anyways.. had him in the tank for about an hr before he actually attached himself to the rock I put him on, somewhere I read that it takes as long as 2 weeks before they attach to the rock?!? He must like it there?

| Tie, what a deal...did you luck out with the clam! I'm jealous- Your Crocea might do just fine right now with just the lighting as the clams irridophores and zooxanthellae should start to take up residence in your clams mantle. _________ 125gal.w/Mag9.5 return(dual megaflow)>Mag7 pump Aqua Cev180skimmer.Wave2k Hamilton Reefstar(2)250watthqi(mh)pend.a Yellow, Naso Tang Red Lip Blenny Percula Clown Demoiselles Niger Trigger F.
