Putting mandarins on special entices people who may not have the ability to keep them to buy them. Perhaps have like a clown blowout. Hire an actual clown and mark 15 percent off all clowns

I would suggest a flame angel fish. I really like it, it is relatively easy to take care of but can be kinda of expensive, particularly for the larger ones. The price is the only reason i am debating about whether to get one or not. (either flame or coral beauty, coral beauty is much less expensive)

Have had both guitar, and the coral beauty is MUCH more passive, and Flame is VERY Agressive, or at least that was my experiance. He was after everything in my tank except my tang.
