Hello everyone.
Well I am going to tell you all a little story and then when I'm done you have to try and figure out the answer by asking me yes or no questions  .

There once lived a man who had an apartment on the 40th floor of an apartment building. Everyday he would go down the elevator to the bottom floor and go to work. When he came home from work he would again use the elevator to go back home. If it rained he would go up all 40 floors to his room and if it didn't rain he would go up the first 20 and walk the last 20. Why does he do this?

Now remember! Dont try to answer unless you are sure. You must ask yes or no questions to figure out clues . Also dont be too specific because if you tell me alot of correct things in one sentence but one part wrong I will say no to the whole thing.
