How's life at HMIN? You missing us yet? | Miss friends but not work, I still get away on my lunch but it's just me since Staggs won't ever make it. Can't push for the sky on weight but I can still squat and dead lift twice what you weigh and your probably still 200+lbs.

Buddy if I'm in half the shape you are when I'm 40 I'll still be in better shape than I am now!!! It's coming along though. It's like you always said, I didn't get that way in a month, can't expect it to get better in a month...
Hey if it makes you feel any better we miss you in the gym. I try yelling at everone and telling them the girl's workout is at 12:45 but it doesn't have the same effect.  | |
