| Last year, she had a series of skin ailments. The initial cause was "hot spots" under her collar and where her fur was matted -- the skin and hair would get damp and never dry out. So, when she got a new rash under her collar this Spring, I decided to have her shaved. My daughter's high school animal care class did the job. |

However I heard a radio veterinarian recommend a drug called AVIL, it is an " over the counter " hayfever drug for people that you can safely give to dogs ( 1 per day ) and it stops the irritation of summer itch and therefore the biting and licking Works on Annick too, but that's another story

Anyway, here's one of my favourite Bill Wobblestick quotes that I thought appropriate ( or not )
The plague of Greece upon thee, thou mongrel beef-witted lord!
Thou hast no more brain than I have in mine elbows. Scurvy lord!
I would thou didst itch from head to foot and I had the scratching of thee;
I would make thee the loathsomest scab in Greece. |

As you well know, I occassionally resort to WillyBob when I have nothing of note to write
In the vigour of his age he married Gargamelle, daughter to the King of the Parpaillons, a jolly pug, and well-mouthed wench. These two did oftentimes do the two-backed beast together, joyfully rubbing and frotting their bacon 'gainst one another |
