Default Water ocillalators

Dr. Foster Smith used to carry these things and discontinued them about 3 yrs ago. Basically they were adapters that fit on the return line and would roate 360, 180 or 90 depending on the model. Oceans Motions has one that is made for thier product but it oprates by the starting and stopping of water flow. Does anyone know if these are still manufactured by anyone and if they are any good?
