| Stimulating the marine aquarium economy! Anyone else using some "economic stimulus" money to boost a LFS's profit? I can't be the only one doing so! Just spent $124 at marine depot ordering the rest of my test kits I need. Now I can return Kogle's MG test kit to him! I ordered Elos Nitrate, Phosphate, Magnesium, and Ammonia test kits. These suckers are expensive but they are worth it IMO. An extra 10 bucks once a year at most? And much easier to read.
Of course if it was up to me I would be setting up my closed loop, wet/dry, and fuge with the rest of the money but my wife seems to differ. I guess over 2k in the tank is enough for now !
So lets here it, I'm sure someone else has splurged with this "gift money!" _________ 55 gallon slowly growing reef aquarium, 85 lbs. live rock, 2 1/2" sandbed, 1 False Percula Clown, 1 Sixline Wrasse, Tetratec PF500 filter, 2 110 watt URI Super Actinic VHO actinics, 2 250 watt metal halides with Reef Optix 2 reflectors powered by Blue Wave 3 ballast, born 1/3/08 My Tank Thread My Tank Video |

Uncle Sam must like me or know I'm a marine hobbiest on a budget, he gave me $1800 back on my taxes plus my $1200 stimulus money! All that means is that I payed HIM too much during the past year... |
