They are Illegal in some states because in the wild they can be quit invasive

| | 3reef Moderator | Quaker's are actually rated 3rd or 4th in the best talking parrots. Quincy knows probably about 80 - 100 words and is starting to use some in context. He laughs at jokes and sings a couple of songs. They're great pets, big parrot attitude in a little parrot body |

Acutally Rascal is very nice smelling! -- a pleasant sweet fruity/nutty smell. --Also likes to keep herself very clean. Gives herself a full bath every other day, and gets very noisy if I forget to change the bath water so it is fresh for her to do so! Quote:

Yes, a Sun Conure...also a one person bird (me) --- will have little to do with the other three women I share the house with. (also how I know she is a she.) Quote:

| the quaker can live in my pennsylvania climate and if theres 2 will have young and they are illegal here cause they like to make nests in tellephone poles and dig holes in them.i say all those lines should be under ground anyway.i may take my chances some day.most people won't know what kind of bird it is.maybe i'll die its feathers lol.anyway once again,nice sun conure
